⭐️Have you decided that enough is enough? Are you ready to feel better, move better and to enjoy life and everything it throws at you – All too often we are constantly doing things for others and forget about ourselves. Now is the time for YOU.

⭐️This class is for you if you’re 40+

⭐️This class is for you if you’ve started noticing symptoms of hormone changes, are in the thick of perimenopause or if you’re out the other side. It’s never too early or too late to make a difference.

⭐️This class is for you if you feel overwhelmed by the amount of information we are bombarded with constantly about Menopause and simply don’t know where to start. We can make those small changes together.

⭐️This class is for you regardless of whether you have chosen to use HRT or not. The small changes we can make soon add up and there is so much that we can do to make ourselves feel so much better.

⭐️This class is for you if you’re ready to help others make these changes too.

⭐️This class is for you if you want to exercise to improve your fitness, bone strength, muscle strength, core strength, pelvic floor strength and mental fitness
⭐️This class is for you if you want to avoid exercises like star jumps and burpees?
⭐️Does your body need to move a little more slowly so that you focus more carefully on the technique of each exercise to avoid aggravating old injuries or gaining new ones?

This class will be split between strength and chat! We’ll be doing strength work to keep our heart, lungs, muscles and bones strong and of course to boost metabolism and relieve stress. Then we’ll be spending the remainder of the time (plus we can head over into the café if we overrun) covering indepth the various symptoms of menopause (which is hugely far reaching as we all know) and finding out ways that we can make a difference to our symptoms and how we feel

During our mini workshops we will look at so many of those menopause symptoms (and much more!) and learn small changes that we can make to see and feel a difference. Things like brain health, bone health, pelvic floor health, insulin resistance, metabolism and the menopause middle, muscle strength, hand and foot strength, gut health, inflammation, nutrition for menopause, body image, mental health, stress, joy, sleep and anything else that comes up in our class chats

 Things are so much easier to do surrounded by support from like minded people, changes are so much easier to make if you know others are making them too.

There will be little bits of homework, worksheets and a private Facebook Support Group where you'll find the rest of "Team Jo" too.

 

You will need to bring your own dumbells and an exercise mat to each indoor class so make sure they're on your christmas list! As a guide a pair of dumbells anything from 3kg up to 6 kg dumbells would be fine - this will depend on your current strength levels and past exercise experience
