Initial Consultation approx 1.5 hours - £75

Monthly Payments paid in advance
Single Session per month - £60 per month
Two Sessions per month - £102 per month
One Sessions per week - Booked and invoiced monthly at £50 per session
Two Sessions per week - Booked and invoiced monthly at £49 per session

Goals are totally personal and can be simply moving more easily to improving fitness, improving strength to something more specific like getting ready for a ski trip, improving swimming strength or running 5k to running 10k!

Specialised training for postnatal, perimenopause to postmenopause bodies if that's what you require

Exercise, habit and nutrition reminders and videos set up on training app according to your goals - these are checked off as you complete them so that both you and I can check your consitancy and progress
