Initial Consultation approx 1.5 hours - £75

Monthly Payments paid in advance

Single Session per month - £60 per month

Two Sessions per month - £102 per month

One Sessions per week - Booked and invoiced monthly at £50 per session

Two Sessions per week - Booked and invoiced monthly at £49 per session

(Please note : 24 Hours notice is required for any cancellations or resheduling otherwise the full cost of the session will be charged)

Online Personal Training for You via Zoom  30/45/60 Minute Sessions Available

 

  • Free Telephone Consultation to discuss your needs and what you want to achieve through personal training

  • Intitial Zoom Consultation for goal setting, posture check, movement evalutation and fitness tests if needed

  • Goals are totally personal and can be simply moving more easily to improving fitness, improving strength to something more specific like getting ready for a ski trip, improving swimming strength or running 5k to running 10k! 

  • Specialised training for postnatal, perimenopause to postmenopause bodies if that's what you require

  • Exercise, habit and nutrition reminders and videos set up on training app according to your goals - these are checked off as you complete them so that both you and I can check your consitancy and progress
