​As a perimenopause woman myself I know only too well how overwhelming life can become during this time. By using changes in lifestyle, nutrition and movement we can ease your insomnia, we can soothe your brain so you can remember words again, we can work together to de-stress your body so that it will work for you rather than against you. We can create an action plan that puts YOU in charge of your menopause and puts you in a great place, healthwise, for the future

Firstly we have a no obligation telephone consultation to discuss your hopes,needs and expectations of what you want to achieve through personal training

We then have an intitial face to face consultation (or zoom if we're going online) to create a plan for your peri to postmemopause and then we'll take it from there

Goals are totally personal and will depend on which symptoms are bothering you most

We can talk about HRT, what it does and how to find out if it may or may not work for you - I am not a medical doctor but I can advise you how to approach your GP, how to get your hormone levels checked and what other checks are advisable at this time

Once we have our plan - movement, habit and nutrition reminders and videos are set up on my training app according to your goals - these are checked off as you complete them so that both you and I can check your consitancy and progress

Food diary to be completed and discussed depedant on your goals (optional)

Impliment small nutrition and lifestyle changes so that they become habits

Initial Consultation approx 1.5 hours - £75

Monthly Payments paid in advance
Single Session per month - £60 per month
Two Sessions per month - £102 per month
One Sessions per week - Booked and invoiced monthly at £50 per session
Two Sessions per week - Booked and invoiced monthly at £49 per session

(Please note : 24 Hours notice is required for any cancelaations or resheduling otherwise the full cost of the session will be charged)
