Join me for LIVE ZOOM WORKOUTS 

Tuesdays 1pm and Fridays 12.30pm

​

  • 30 minute (approximately) full body strength workouts including a warm up and cool down

  • Short and intense to boost metabolism and to prevent extra stress to our body

  • Exercises can be adapted to make them easier or harder 

  • All workouts are very pelvic floor concious with constant reminders when to breathe so that you protect your pelvic floor.

  • The follow along videos are recorded during the weekly zoom classes yours to use as and when you can fit them into your day - They are held on a private Facebook Group available to all members

  • £25 Monthly subscription

  • Regular support, information videos and check ins 

  • Health questionnaire to be completed before joining

Please note that the days and times of the live class may change during school holidays. Please also note that if there are no zoom attendees on a particular day then no class will be recorded and uploaded.
